Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sinqlo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website and web app (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This policy applies to visitors and registered users of our Service. It covers data collected via our website, app pages, forms, and integrations we use to operate the Service.

3) What Data We Collect

3.1 Account & Authentication Data

  • Google Sign-In (OAuth): When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account basic profile information (e.g., name, email, profile photo) and a unique identifier, as authorized by you. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Credentials & Sessions: We store tokens/IDs necessary to maintain your session securely.

3.2 Content You Upload

  • Logos and brand assets, filenames, metadata, and settings you choose in the app.

3.3 Usage & Device Data

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Page views, events, device type, browser type, approximate location (derived from IP), referral sources, and app interactions. IP addresses may be collected and stored by Google per their settings.
  • Technical Logs: Error logs, performance metrics, and diagnostic data for reliability and security.

3.4 Support & Communications

  • Emails and support conversations (including attachments you send us).

5) AI Research & Model Improvement

As described in our Terms of Use, certain uploaded assets may be used for internal AI research and product improvement under a separate license you grant us. Where feasible, we use anonymized and/or aggregated data and do not publicly redistribute your original files. You may have options to opt out of future training (see Terms/Data Controls).

6) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.

6.1 Essential Cookies

  • Auth/session cookies: Required to log in and stay logged in (including during Google OAuth).

6.2 Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics 4)

  • _ga, _ga_<container-id>: Used by GA4 to distinguish users and sessions.

Consent: In certain regions, analytics cookies load only after your consent. You can change your preferences at any time via our cookie/consent banner (where implemented) or your browser settings.

Learn more about Google’s practices at Google Privacy & Terms and How Google uses information from sites or apps.

7) How We Share Information

  • Service providers (processors): We may share data with hosting, analytics, customer support, and security vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards (e.g., confidentiality, data processing agreements).
  • Google: We use Google Sign-In (OAuth) and Google Analytics 4. Google acts as an independent controller for Analytics and may act as processor/controller for certain OAuth flows, per Google’s terms and your Google settings.
  • Legal/Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred, with notice where required by law.

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Data portability;
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
