Sinqlo Terms of Use

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2) User Content & Ownership

You own your content. Always.

• Sinqlo does not claim ownership of your logos, brand assets, or uploaded files.
• You may upload only content you own or have permission to use.
• You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to any content uploaded to Sinqlo.
• Prohibited content includes anything unlawful, infringing, harmful, defamatory, hateful, or containing personal data without consent.

Sinqlo does NOT:

• sell your content
• use your content to train AI
• share your content with third parties except to operate the Service

3) License to Sinqlo (Operational Only)

You grant Sinqlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service (including previews, exports, and secure sharing).

This license does not allow AI training, model improvement, data mining, or any usage beyond core Service functionality.

4) Responsibility of Users

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share through Sinqlo.
• You agree to indemnify Sinqlo from claims related to uploaded content or violations of these Terms.
• Sinqlo does not pre-screen user content for legal compliance.

5) Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and safeguard personal data.

6) Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
• No attempts to disrupt, disable, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• No uploading of malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• No bypassing of security mechanisms or access controls.

7) Security

Your content is secure.

• Sinqlo uses industry-standard encryption and secure hosting.
• Your files are protected with strong access controls.
• Your content is never used for AI training or automatic model improvement.

8) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, pose security risks, or as required by law. Content that violates laws or these Terms may be removed.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sinqlo disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Ioannina shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.
